LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength
LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get t, fast.
YOGA (Vinyasa) is a moderate practice to allow you to focus on the anatomical alignment of the yoga poses and to find more depth and physical awareness during your time on the mat. This practice allows you the space and time to explore your body in the poses enhancing your strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. This practice is performed in room temperature.
HOT YOGA (36-38°C) builds strength & tones your entire body with this dynamic form of yoga practiced in a room temperature designed to make you sweat!! Hot yoga is a constantly changing variety of yoga postures which will open up the body, build strength & stamina and detoxify your system at the same time.
This athletic form of yoga is a strong, dynamic & owing form of yoga designed to be physically and mentally challenging. Sweat factor & fat burning are high in this style of yoga as you build strength & stamina as well as increase your flexibility, bone density & agility. (30-32°C).
KIMAX® is performed with a free-standing kickboxing bag, designed exclusively for this class, using boxing gloves and/or shin pads for optional protection. Each ‘round’ (track) used in KI MAX® assimilates the use of Boxing, Muay Thai and Kickboxing through simple combinations, which are intense and dynamic. The Rounds are also interspersed with aerobic recovery and muscle strengthening.
PRYME MOVERS is a class with light pace options suitable for older adults, anyone new to exercise or those who need to take it easy due to injury, pre natal, post natal or other reason. Classes are specifically developed for men and women 50 years and over or those wanting a light pace option. Classes cater for different levels of ability and mobility and are a great way to meet new people and socialise in a relaxed and friendly environment.
CORE 30 is the ultimate way to get a tight and toned core. With dynamic training that hones in on your abs, glutes, back, obliques, and “slings” connecting the upper and lower body. CORE30 will strengthen and tone your core, taking your abs to the next level.
PUNCHFIT is a boxing circuit class that focuses on strength and cardio training to the extreme! This class includes a mixture of boxing combinations, cardio and strength conditioning. Suitable for all levels of fitness, you’ll feel the full effects of this full body workout in no time!
METAFIT 30 is a high Intensity class that combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest HIIT training techniques to set the metabolism on fire! Work big muscle groups with simple high intensity intervals for quick results.
SPIN is a fantastic freestyle 45 minute indoor cycling class. Your instructor will take you on different terrains and will help build strength, endurance and provides great cardiovascular training for everyone from a beginner to a performance athlete.
LESMILLS BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories* and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
LESMILLS BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 600 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
LESMILLS RPM™ is our 45 min indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music. Burn up to 620 calories* a workout and get fit fast. Learn all the basic cycling moves like standing up, sitting down, changing hand positions, speeding up and slowing down. You control your own resistance levels and sprint speed so you can build up your training level over time. If you want a true sense of achievement, get into a RPM™ class today.
RIPPED: A challenging 60 minute workout incorporating high cardio and body weight/weight resistance training. Never will you get bored in RIPPED.
